Does my client need an account?+
No, never. They open the link you send, on desktop or phone, and that's it. No sign-up, no password. That's the whole point of Stample.
Does it work on mobile?+
Yes — and it's the main use case. Most clients open the link on their phone, so the interface is built mobile-first.
What is the “approval proof”?+
When your client taps “Approve”, Stample applies a timestamped “Approved” stamp with a unique reference code (e.g. BAT-2A9F). Enough to politely settle things if anyone says “I never signed off on that”.
What if my client isn't tech-savvy?+
That's the point: they just tap the visual to comment, and one big button to approve. No software, no account, no manual. One link, one click.
Are my visuals private?+
Yes. Every share link is unique and impossible to guess, and your files aren't publicly accessible. Only the people you send the link to can see the project.
How much does it cost?+
Free up to 2 active projects. The Pro plan is €12/month (€10 on annual), and the Studio plan is €10/month per member. Pro unlocks unlimited projects, removes the “Powered by Stample” mention, and shows your own brand.
We're a studio — how does it work?+
The owner creates an account, names the studio, and invites their designers by link or email. Everyone sees and manages the same projects, with centralized billing (€10/month per member). The studio's logo shows on the share pages.
I already use Google Drive or Notion. Why Stample?+
